Terms of Service

1. General Terms

• 1.1. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE offers internet users (hereinafter referred to as "User") the opportunity to interact with this website in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement"). The Agreement becomes effective once the User agrees to the terms in paragraph 1.2 of this Agreement.
• 1.2.By using this service and its functions or by signing up, the User is considered to have accepted all the conditions of this Agreement in their entirety without exception. If the User disagrees with any of the terms in this Agreement, they have no right to continue using the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE service. If Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE makes any changes to the Agreement as per paragraph 1.3, and the User disagrees with those changes, they are obliged to stop using Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE.
• 1.3. The use of the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE service is governed by this Agreement. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE may amend this Agreement without special notice, and the new version of the Agreement becomes effective once it is made publicly available on the internet unless otherwise specified. 2. User Content

• 2.1. The User is solely responsible for the content they publish, ensuring that it complies with current legislation, including liability to third parties in cases where the content violates the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
• 2.2. The User agrees and acknowledges that Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE is not obliged to review any content published or edited by the User using the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE service. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE reserves the right, but is not obligated, to refuse to publish, distribute, or delete any User content available on the platform. The User understands and agrees that they must assess all risks associated with the use of the content, including its accuracy, completeness, and usefulness.
• 2.3. The User agrees and understands that Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE may need to copy (duplicate) User content and that Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE will process it in accordance with the technical requirements of the service.

3. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE Terms of Usage

• 3.1. The User shall be solely responsible to third parties for their actions regarding the use of the service, including operations that violate the lawful rights and interests of third parties, as well as compliance with the law.
• 3.2. The User is obliged to adhere to the legal norms of their country, as well as international laws, while using the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE service.
• 3.3. Upon signing up on Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE, the User automatically consents to receive notifications via email and SMS regarding their use of the service and order processing.

4. Proprietary Rights to the Service and Its Content

• 4.1. • 4.3. The User may use the service, its contents, and its elements only within the scope of the service. No part of Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE or any content posted on the platform may be used in any other way without the consent of the legal owner. Usage includes, but is not limited to, reproduction, copying, processing, distribution in any form or medium, and other forms of use. This rule does not apply in cases determined by international law. Users may use elements and content on the platform for non-commercial purposes only if they retain copyright notices, related signs, trademark signs, other ownership signs, the author's name or pseudonym, and the owner's name in full form, and keep the object itself intact. This rule does not apply in cases determined by international law.
• 4.4. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE may contain links to third-party websites available on the internet. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE does not monitor these third parties or their content for compliance with requirements such as credibility, comprehensiveness, and legality. This includes any opinions or statements expressed on third-party websites, advertisements, and the availability of those websites and their content, as well as any effects they may have.
• 4.5 Links to any website, product, service, or any commercial or non-commercial information posted on the platform do not imply that Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE endorses or recommends any of those products unless explicitly stated on one of Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE's resources.

5. Information Security

• 5.1. By providing their personal data upon signing up on the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE platform, the User agrees to the processing and use of their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) from 25 May 2018, in the manner described in this Agreement, including the transfer of data to countries that do not follow European Union laws.
• 5.2. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE uses personal data of Users to:
  • Register the User on the platform;
  • Allow the User to place orders using the platform;
  • Send personalized ads to the User;
  • Fulfill its obligations to the User.
• 5.3. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE is committed to not sharing any information received from Users unless required to do so by European law.

6. Order and Payment Terms

• 6.1. Orders are placed on the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE platform.
• 6.2. An order is defined by submitting an order form and making payment for the order using cash, card, or another method of payment chosen by the User from the available options on the website.
• 6.3. Product and service costs are determined by the Seller.
• 6.4. The User may pay for products using cash or cashless payment methods.
• 6.5. If only part of the cost is paid, the product is considered purchased only after the full payment has been made.

7. Shipping and Delivery Terms

• 7.1. Products are delivered on time to the address specified in the order.
• 7.2. The price and delivery time are determined by the Seller.
• 7.3. The Seller has the right to determine the terms of delivery. The Client can learn more about the Terms of Delivery on the website.

8. Return and Exchange Terms

• 8.1. Returns and exchanges are conducted in accordance with European laws. Products in good condition can be returned within 14 days, or 7 days if purchased online.
• 8.2.The processes for product returns and exchanges are determined by the Seller. Upon delivery of the product by shipping companies or seller representatives, the Client must check the condition and appearance of the product and ensure it meets their requirements in terms of consumer qualities (color, size, form), appearance, and composition, and that all receipts are present. Once the Client receives the product, they must review the terms in the receipt, sign it, and confirm the product return and exchange terms. The Seller will not accept returns or exchanges if the product is not in its original packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts, or if the Client did not inspect the product or opened the package after delivery.
• 8.3. To return or exchange a product, the Client has the right to:
  • Contact Seller representatives directly via email, address, or phone number provided on the website;
  • Submit a return and exchange form.
• 8.4.Refunds for defective products will be credited to the bank card within 7 to 30 days.
• 8.5. To exchange a product, the Client is required to return the defective product and place an order for a new one.
• 8.6. Products can only be returned and exchanged at the store where they were purchased. To return or exchange a product or file a claim regarding its quality, the Client must have their passport and the documents confirming the purchase.
• 8.7. The Client is responsible for covering the costs of product returns or exchanges as per the terms of this Agreement. The cost of courier or shipping services provided by the Seller will be paid at the rates established by the delivery companies.
• 8.8. The Seller has the right to establish other service policies for product returns and exchanges, provided they do not introduce less favorable conditions than those outlined in this Agreement and the laws of the European Union. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• 9.1. The Client uses the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE service at their own risk. The service is provided "as is." Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE is not responsible for ensuring that the service meets the User's goals.
• 9.2. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE cannot guarantee that the service operation will meet the User's requirements; that the service will be delivered continuously, reliably, quickly, and without errors; that the results obtained using the service will be accurate and reliable and can be used to achieve specific goals or confirm certain facts; or that the quality of products, services, information, etc., obtained through the service will meet the User's expectations.
• 9.3. Any materials or information, including software, instructions, or manuals that the User can access through the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE service, are used at the User's own discretion, and the User is solely responsible for any consequences of using these materials, including any harm they may cause to the User's or third parties' electronic devices, as well as potential loss or corruption of data.
• 9.4. Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE is not responsible for any losses or damage caused by the use of the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE service or any of its parts and functions.

10. Other Terms

• 10.1. This Agreement constitutes a contract between the User and Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE concerning the use of the Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE service and supersedes all prior agreements between the User and Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE.
• 10.2. This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Issues not covered by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the European Union. All disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the European Union. The term "law" in this Agreement refers to the laws of the European Union and the laws of the User's country of residence.
• 10.3. Given that the services provided under this Agreement are free of charge, the European Union laws concerning consumer protection do not apply to the relationship between the Customer and Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE.
• 10.4. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or other similar relationship between the Customer and Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE, except as expressly provided herein.
• 10.5. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• 10.6. The failure of Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE to act in response to a breach of this Agreement by the User does not constitute a waiver of Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE's right to take action to protect its interests later, nor does it waive Wah Prints and Wah Gifts FZ LLE's rights in the event of future similar breaches.
