They were really lovely and super responsive on WhatsApp - wanted to make changes to my order so I whatsapped them and they changed immediately. Also, they had mentioned 3 business days to ship but I received my order the next day which was a wonderful surprise! They were also very honest about how my changes would be a cheaper overall cost hence they would process a refund of the difference - so I definitely will be purchasing from them again soon
